Anna at the front desk provided really good support regarding flight delays she kept in contact and was very resourceful. I appreciated the helpfulness of Johny and Aleena from the kitchen staff during the night. The accommodation is near the train station providing easy access to transportation.

This situation required some patience particularly during peak times.

the location was indeed convenient. the hotel was close to many attractions. the staff were consistently helpful. the breakfast had a decent variety, fitting different tastes.

The room i booked felt smaller than expected. it was clean, but definitely petite. the soundproofing was not great. I could hear noises from the hallway.
